Use a clear face

Choose a front-facing, well-lit photo with the full face visible. Avoid strong blur, sunglasses, deep shadow, and extreme angles.

The first face swap may download the local engine. Stay on Wi-Fi, keep the app open, and allow the progress to finish.

For multi-face swap, review the numbered faces and assign a source image to each person you want to replace.

Allow photo-library access when saving. Sharing opens the system share sheet, where you choose the destination.
