How deletion works

Enter the verified email connected to your FaceEnjoy account.

Enter the one-time code sent to that address and confirm permanent deletion.

Your account is deleted immediately and you will lose access on every device.

Data that will be deleted

Your login account, verified email, profile, support ID, preferences, and recovery credentials.
Your points balance and ledger, purchase and subscription entitlements, order associations, and account-linked activity.
AI generation prompts, work records, moderation feedback, and other content linked to your FaceEnjoy account.

Data that may be retained

Generated-image objects are removed by the storage lifecycle within 3 days; an optional moderation-feedback attachment is removed within 30 days.
Minimum payment, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or audit records may be retained for up to 7 years where applicable law requires it. Access is restricted and the data is deleted or anonymized when that period ends.
Google Play and Apple may retain their own purchase records under their policies. FaceEnjoy cannot delete data held in your store account.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting your FaceEnjoy account does not cancel an active Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel it in the store first to avoid future charges.

Files on your device

Photos and exported results saved on your phone or in your photo library are not removed by this request. Delete those files on the device yourself.
